is my name
painting streets
is my game

lots of folks
and tiny homes
they’re all the same
I hear the groans

but painting streets
in the rain
has given me
renown and fame

not to mention
nice pork chops
and lots of re-pros
in the shops.

L.S. Lowry
bound for fame
painting streets
is my game.

And now that all
of this is said
aren’t you bloody
glad I’m dead.
